Cancellation & Refund Policy

Important: Dil Matrimony is a matchmaking service platform. As we provide digital services rather than physical goods, our cancellation policy differs from e-commerce platforms.

Eligibility for Cancellation

Cancellation will only be approved when:

The user hasn't availed any benefits of their membership plan
No contact numbers have been viewed or taken from any profiles
No messages have been sent to any potential matches
The cancellation request is made within 24 hours of subscription
No premium features (like video calls or private album access) have been used
There has been an accidental overpayment for a membership plan

Non-Refundable Situations

Cancellation will NOT be approved when:

Any contact number has been viewed or saved from profiles
Messages have been sent to any potential matches
Any premium feature has been utilized
The 24-hour cancellation window has passed
Any benefit of the membership plan has been availed

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method
Any bank/payment gateway charges will be deducted from the refund amount
